Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return costs
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

If, due to their nature, the goods cannot be returned by normal post, the consumer shall also bear the direct costs of returning them, the amount of which may vary depending on the carrier selected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, for any reason and without the obligation to provide a justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
